Brush does not draw after selection and transformation

Hi,

My System environment is following:

• Adobe Photoshop 2021 Version 22.3.1
• Windows 10 PC
• Wacom Cinitiqu 22"
• Wacom Art Pen

I use a photoshop document with size 420x594mmx72dpi.

After drawing some motives I select them with lasso (L) or rectangle (M) seleciton tool. Than I use transofmration (ctr+t) to shrink size and move selection.

After random number of doing this process, I select brush tool (imported brush tool), but it does not draw something. Only after restart photoshop it works.

What I am doing wrong?
