Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing brush lag in Photoshop CC 2019, quite often and it's becoming quite annoying (sometimes the brush takes more than 7 seconds to catch up with the cursor). I usually try to keep the canvas size around 2000x2000 or less and stick to smaller brush size, but so far I've tried every solution I could find about online with no success, so I'm starting to think it might be a computer problem.
I use an Acer Switch Alpha 12,
CPU: Intel Core i3-6006U
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
RAM: 4GB DDR3
So far I've tried:
-Turning off smoothing
-Changing drawing to basic mode
-Increasing/Decreasing Memory usage
-Lowering Cache Levels, Cache Tile Size, or History States
-Selecting/Deselecting 'Use Graphics Processor'
-Give it a high priority on Task Manager
-Closing other programs (even ones in the background) while on Photoshop
