Brush Not Extending to Edge of Brush

I just upgraded to PS2021 and my brush is behaving improperly. 

If I set my brush to 20 px. the actual stroke that the brush produces is like 15 px. I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate. Any help as to why my brush is behaving this way would be appreciated.

What operating system are you using?

It looks like from your other posts your using macOS Catalina. If so go to

Apple>System Preferences>Accessibility>Display>Cursor and set the Cursor size to Normal
