Brushes behave differently, between the devices

I use Photoshop on my Imac and Macbook Pro. Although I have the same settings on the brushes, they. If I use, let say.. a standard brush - Hard Round - with 100% hardness. On my Macbook it does not cover out to the edges.

What are the Photoshop > Preferences > Cursors settings?

System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Cursor 

settings identical, too?

Sorry for my late response. But you were right, that was the problem, not in PS as I thought. Thanks for your help
