I just downloaded brushes off the adobe website, how do I actually use/import them on Photoshop?

Load them via the brush palette's flyout menu in the top right corner after you've unpacked the files to a suitable location.

on de website, it shows coloured pictures, but a brush is always in 1 colour in photoshop ... how do you colour the pictures ?
