Bug in Latest Photoshop Update?

Hi people. 

I have a problem with the latest update of Photoshp. When I select and mask, I can't see any changes to the preview in that feature. Is it a bug that came with the latest update, or am I missing something? I reinstalled Photoshop again, and the same problem persisted. Any ideas?

What are your specs? They did increase the graphics card requirements with the latest update.
