bug of print dialog

the settings in the color handling panel are constantly flying off. By default, Photoshop manage colors is set. When I change it to printer managers , after a while everything goes back to photoshop managers... this is very inconvenient. Where to write about the bug? Also, the font size in document info does not change. The last version where there was a normal font is CS6. Is it really so difficult for programmers to do this, just increase the font for a set of keywords, tittle, etc.
