Bush tool opacity not functioning properly 22.3.1

When I have the opacity set to 100% I still have to go over an item twice if I'm trying to mask/blend something.  Also changing the flow makes now differenc.  Is anyone else having this issue?  this is in 22.3.1

Hi yes, it may be a bug in the new version try to reset your preferences hope it helps or reverts back to 2020...regards
