buying adobe photo shop

I am in usa. I have called sales people 15 times in same hour and keep getting hung up on..  I am wanting to talk to a person who knows who the 4 H is.  and we can see if adobe is right for us or if I need to go to a other company.  Please email me a number in can call in usa. To
