I need a photoshop service.

I'm editing a photo and when I edit it in camera raw and I give ok, it crashes. It has been doing this to me for 14 days.
I need to fix it

Hi there,

Sorry that Camera Raw crashes on your computer while trying to edit images.

Would you mind sharing the version of Camera Raw/ Photoshop you're using and what is your computer's operating system? Are you getting any error message when the app crashes?

Also, are you using a trial version of Photoshop and if so, please check that your trial is not expired.

If you have a subscription, please disable the GPU usage in Camera Raw from the Preferences> Performance menu. Checkout the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/acr-gpu-faq.html#GPUtroubleshootingstepsforCameraRawandLightroo...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Akash

Are you on Windows/Mac? What are the specs of your machine?

Have you tried using Camera Raw in Bride and then send the image to Photoshop from Camera Raw?
