Camera Raw Help

1. I cannot open files by opening Photoshop 🠒 File 🠒 Open because as I pass through file after file to reach my list of images, I reach the file I need and upon trying to open it, I receive the error message: "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document". Instead, I have to open my documents outside of Photoshop by going directly to my File Explorer and either click 🠒 drag 🠒 drop into Ps, or right click and open if it's a DNG.

2. I believe this is causing me a problem with Camera Raw because due to the fact that I cannot open images the way I am advised in tutorials, I then cannot open multiple images into a film strip, within one Camera Raw Window. Each image opens into its own separate Camera Raw window which causes an issue when trying to do something like Photomerge.

Help??

Hi, Mac PC? what version of Photoshop 2021?

Also consider to use Adobe Bridge

Adobe Bridge is a software that you can download from Adobe, is free and you can preview all your images and open in groups

Unfortately, when I opened my documents through Bridge, all of the photos still opened separately in Camera Raw... did I miss a step?

Hi, select all the images in Bridge and then you can press the icon that looks like an aperture lens on the top left
