Camera Raw plugin missing from Photoshop CC 2019

I used to have Camera Raw on my iMac, but it seems to have disappeared.  So I downloaded it again, but can't find it on my system.  I have an iMac IOS Sierra and Photoshop CC 2019.  I downloaded Camera Raw 10.5 and it's supposed to be saved to Mac HD, but it's not visible.

Any ideas please?

Sorry about the confusion caused as you cannot locate the Camera Raw 10.5 in Photoshop 2019.

Please note that the latest version of Camera Raw is only supported with the latest version of Photoshop 21.2.1.

I'd recommend that you reinstall Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know the outcome.

Is it possible you downloaded the 10.5 dng converter?

Anyhow here is the camera raw installer download page:

Camera raw 11.4.1 should work on Sierra.
