Camera-raw update killed photoshop 21.2.4

so, one again I have made the mastak of updating somthing without looking into it.

my PS won't start up after updating Camera-raw and  I'm stuck on windows 7 as othere programs on my computer will stop working if I update to windows 10.

If anyone can help me, I'd gratly apreshiat it.

I Restored CC and reinstalled PS and I'm still having the error

unforchunetly I'm not able to do this as I'm on windows 7 and not 10

Have you tried resetting  your Photoshop 21.2.4 Tool and Preferences and turning off GPU Support in ACR13.1 preferences.  Photoshop 21.2.4 with ACR 13.1 work well on my Windows 10 PC.

Update:

I tried adding the missing fill to my PC, unforchunetly this did not help.

I got the fill from: dll-files.com

I have the exact same problem since yesterday after installing the Camera RAW update. Also win7

Try installing an older version of ACR from here, the installer will overwrite the current version

Make sure auto update is disabled in the CC preferences
