Camera Raw window opens with slider all the way down

When a file opens in Camera Raw the slider on the right side (which allows you to scroll up and down to fulfill the various corrections) is already all the way to the bottom rather than beginning at the top.  Glitch in the new version?

Re-installed.  No change.  Bug still there.

Still no fix to this glitch now a monthe later.

Is Adobe aware and working on a fix?

Yes, I've noticed the same problem in the latest version. Maybe it's a new feature? 😉

What platform are you on? I'm on Windows and I'm getting the same glitch.

Windows 10.

Worked fine until the most recent update that changed some of the features and moved some icons.  "If it ain't broke..."
