Can no longer save PDF image as Image, .jpg, gif, etc

I used to be able to open and modify PDF images in photoshop.

I can still do that, but I can no longer save them as images.

I'll post in Acrobat as well, because I can no longer save a PDF as "save as other" to an image format ether. Is this a new bug? Is this the future? Is there a workaround?

I'm on a Mac running Photoshoop 21.1.0. (PS Photoshop crashed while I was trying to save)

Hi

If you have Acrobat, then you can save the images there, then open them in PS to edit.

  • To save each page as an imag from Acrobat, go to File > Export To > Image > and select an image format

  • If you use the newer Export PDF tool, you can do the same thing. The difference is that there is a checkbox here to "Export All Images". Enable that to get only the images and not the entire page. Either way, put the new images in a new folder, which you can create during the save.
