Can not install Flood 3rd party plugin, MAC 2021 photoshop

just purchased new Mac book pro.  tried to instal flaming pears FLOOD app.  Moved folder into plugin adobe folder.  When I try to click on the plugin, in photoshop, it says "flood.plugin, cannot be opened because the developer cannot ve verified.  Mac OS cannot verify that this app is free from Malware.  

I never had this issue with my Windows laptop.  I'm guessing I'm going to have this issue installing all my plugins?

What version of macOS do you have?

You can see by going to Apple>About This Mac

You downloaded the Flood plugin from here?

I tested the above Flood plugin on macOS Catalina with photoshop 2021 and didn't get any error messages.
