Can not zoom in and out of images while editing

Hey

About two weeks from nothing in the bug while working on the software.
When I do a close-up of the picture by pressing the CRTL +/- buttons to zoom in or out of the picture, the picture gets stuck but the ruler still moves, as if the software is getting the command but for some reason the image gets stuck.

Happens to someone else? Is this a general bug in the software?

Not a bug for me. 

• Which version of Photoshop?
• Which OS?
• Are your graphics drivers up to date?
• At what percentage does zoom stop rendering?

If the interface starts looking weird or tools start misbehaving a simple reset of the preferences will often fix the problem.

Preferences in Photoshop

It seems a problem related to display driver...

Have you tryied to disable the GPU?

Does this happen with all of your documents? I like to try this whenever any of my Adobe apps start to act weird:
