Anytime I try to open or save a file, I get this - I've tried restarting and it's still happening. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system? Since when are you facing this issue?

Please ensure you have all available updates for Photoshop & the computers operating system installed on the machine?

 

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
