Im trying to create a library in the libraries section and when i hit the + button obviously nothing happens as the little cloud icon on the left says that im not connected to creative cloud? I dont know why it says that becuase i am connected.. I even tried connecting to the creative cloud first and then opening photoshop through it? still nothing
