Can't export Photoshop 2021 files as TGAs

I have the latest version of Photoshop (v 22.4.1) for my Windows computer, and it won't let me export my files as Targas (TGAs).  I tried the "Save a Copy" option like in some videos, but that didn't have the Targa option either.  Can someone help me with this.  I need this for texturing 3D models in Unreal Engine 4.

Thank you for the advice, but I don't want to flatten everything because I'm making multiple texture maps from one file.  I did manage to solve the problem by changing the file mode to "8 Bits/Channel" instead of "16 Bits/Channel".  Then the Targa option comes up in the "Save a Copy" option.  This way I can export files into TGAs, while keeping all of my layers.

Try flattening it (or better yet a duplicate of it). Then when it's flattened, go to File > Save As and the Targa option should appear.

This is ridiculous. Adobe is doing nothing but adding laborious multiple steps to this software with every new version. Flattening to save as TGA... Multiple deregisters and re-loads of fonts at every update. When is this time-wasting effort by Adobe going to stop? Great... your migrating everything to a web based app - but we are all losing man-hours of wasted production time! Stop it!!
