When in blur gallery, I can select the various tools, but their overlays don't load. Did I accidentally hit a quick key that toggled the overlay off? how do I get them back?
Sorry to hear that the blur gallery is not opening. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop along with the operating system version you're working on?
It might be happening due to the graphics processor, could you please go into Photoshop's preferences and let us know if the "Use Graphics Processor" option is checked?
