Hi everyone, may I ask why can't I open the software after updating it? Thanks.

Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using and what is the operating system?
What exactly is the error message that you're getting? Are you trying to launch Photoshop from the Creative Cloud Desktop app or directly via the Photoshop icon?
A snapshot showing the error message would be helpful as well.
Try reseting your Photoshop prefrences.
