Hi.

I have a iPad Pro (2020) with Photoshop app installed, but when I try to open PSD files through Photoshop, I can´t do it.

I try t open files from Hard Disk connected by USB-C, but I can view file, but I can´t to open with Photoshop in iPad.

I have only been able to open a PSD file, if I have previously uploaded it to the Adobe cloud.

I have a Photography Pack, and all legal license.

If anyone has a solution for this, because I would like to use my iPad Pro to work with these files.

Thanks!

You need to use Adobe Cloud to go between iPad and Desktop.

This should help explain the use of Cloud documents with PS iPad and Desktop:

Ohhh ! 😞

Thank you very much for your answer.

Not all the files I have in Adobe Cloud ... I find it very cumbersome to have to go through the Adobe Cloud to be able to make use of those files, when all I want is to be able to connect a hard drive and take a file from there.

I can't predict if I'm going to use it or not, and the Adobe cloud is limited.

Any other idea?

This FAQ might help.

It addresses how to use Creative Cloud instead of Adobe Cloud to transfer files between the two.

There is no direct connection option from the iPad to your desktop at this time.

It's designed to use Cloud services.
