Can't Quit Photoshop due to Background Save Disc Error

First of all for reference, I am using Photoshop v 21.2.4 on a 2018 MacBook Pro 15" running macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

I am trying to quit photoshop, but the program is not allowing me to. When I press try to quit or force quit through photoshop, the app dock, or from the activity monitor, I get this error message:

 Then, when I click save on the file, it gives me these two error messages, right after each other.

 If I click save as I get this message:

The save % has been at 0 for multiple days: 

I have tried saving other files in photoshop and they are working fine. I don't care if I lose the work done on this file. I just want to quit out of photoshop. Please help.
