can't remove Anthropics filter from the Filter Menu

Hi, 

I can't seem to be able to remove Anthropics from my Photoshop Filter Menu despite going into my library>Adobe>Plugins. I've removed it from everywhere I can think of. Any suggestions on what to do? Thank you.

@JJMack I tried using the instructions for Windows that was mentioned but didn't help its still appearing in the filter menu.

@jane-e  Well I contacted adobe support guys and they were kind enough to take control on my system and get it fixed.
