Hello there, recently i got a problem saving my projects in photoshop. Out of nowhere this problem came up, when i click save, save as, ctrl + s, anything, the save tab doesn´t open. I´m unable to save my project and i always end up having to close photoshop and lose my work. Does someone knows how to fix this?

It was saving my work just minutes ago. Thanks, I just restarted the
computer and now it works.

Ctrl+S(Save) is no Save As,  If you open a layed document. Modtfy lats add late and delete layers an uset Crtl+S(SAVE) The file you opened into Photoshop will be overwritten there will be no dialog.  Shift+Ctrl+S(Save As...) Note the ...  the ... indicates there is a dialog fote the operatio.

Sorry for my mistake, but neither the "save" or "save as" work. I click those options and nothing happens.

Have you tried resetting all Photoshop Tools and if that does not fix your issue try resetting you Photoshop Preferences.  Adobe releases many bugs but I do believe Adobe would release a version of Photoshop that can not save files.

Sounds like a computer permissions problem.

  • Which OS do you have?
  • Does Photoshop have full read/write access on your system?
  • Which drive are you saving to  -- external, cloud/network drive or primary HD?
  • Can you save files to the same drive in other apps?

Glad you got it sorted.  Sounds like you need more memory.  See system requirements.
