can't save or open files photoshop 2021

everytime i do a project n try to save nothing happens it doesn't save or anything and when i close the program it comes with the do you want to save popup and still doesnt save. ive tried reistalling photoshop 2021 still nothings works. also it wont let me open new files 😞

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can find under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
