Can’t upgrade to Windows 10

Now thsat the new Ps came out in April it's telling me I have to upgrade to windows 10. If I can't do that what is the point of having it!!

If your computer does not meet the system requirements for the current version of Photoshop, then you cannot use it right now on the computer you currently have. System requirements are here:
