Can't use old fonts in old projects

I used a font, STEREO REGULAR, but opening an old project with this font, program gives me an error: font is not available. So, i controlled is it's active, and IT IS!... can anyone helps me?

What format is the font (otf, ttf, …)?

If it is a Postscript version Photoshop 21 no longer supports Postscript Type 1 fonts. Looks like an .OTF version is available at AdobeFonts.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Character, Options Bar, …) visible?

Now I get a messagge: "download from Adobe Fonts"... but does not work! (after 30 minutes)
