Cannot Download Even my paid version after 2021

I bought my Adobe Photoshop for one year last year.. I forget the exact date and expiry date. Now in 2021, it is not working ..even can't open it... should I buy a new one?

Open the Creative Cloud app and try to launch it from there. Please show a screen shot of the error message when you try to open it.
