Cannot download previous version Photoshop

My current MacBook Air (2015) does not have a strong enough processor to support the newest version of Photoshop. I have tried downloading previous versions but they are not available in Adobe Cloud. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html I have used this link but when I click the three dots like the instructions, the only version that shows up is the most recent one. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a subscription? Older builds are not available for trial. If you are indeed subscribed then make sure you have the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop application installed, logout, and then login to see if that makes it work.
