Cannot export in Photoshop

I can't export one of my Photoshop files as a PNG. When I click Export As, it says "An unknown error occured." When I quick export, I go through the dialogues just fine but the file doesn't show up. I know it sometimes takes a while to appear but not this long. (1 hour+ and still no file to be found). I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling Photoshop, and resetting Photoshop export preferences. Only one file has been affected like this.

I'm running Photoshop 22.1.0 on Big Sur.

Have you tried Save for Web?
