I cannot get new fonts to show in photoshop. The fonts work on all other programs on the computer. I'm using Cs6 on Mac. Any recommendations? I have restarted, reset preferences, tried new fonts, nothing works!

Hi there,

Sorry that Photoshop CS6 does not load your fonts on Mac.

How exactly are you loading fonts to your Mac? Are other apps able to recognize the newly added fonts? Also, what is the version of macOS you're using?

I'd recommend that you checkout the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

I have tried all of those options.
I installed the fonts properly because they work with every program except photoshop.  Today I tried to use Adobe fonts. Nothing shows in photoshop.

Would you mind restoring the preferences for Photoshop & see if it helps? See this article for reference: https://t.co/ulJI7cGn1G

You may want to backup your settings beforehand: https://t.co/4dX7gkr36D

Once the preferences are reset, try reloading the fonts and let us know the outcome.
