Cannot import video to Photoshop, dynamic link error not available on MacOS 10.15.5

I'm using Abobe Photoshop 2020 (version 21.2.0) which is the latest version.  And my MacOS version is 10.15.5.  When I tried to import a video clip (no matter it is a MOV file or a MP4 file) into Photoshop, it will fail and show "Dynamic Link Media Server is not available" message.  I checked the Activity Monitor on Mac but there is no "dynamiclinkmedieserver" process running at all. I have already tried many of the "solutions" in the community but the problem is still there.  Can anyone give me a hand?  Thanks a lot!

BTW: I have anyother Mac Book Pro laptop which is still runing Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 and no such problem at all which is weird.

Same here, tried importing an MP4 file, and Photoshop shows me the same error
