I get a window that reads: "Could not load the brushes because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop." I can't even CLOSE this warning window! I have to FORCE QUIT Photoshop 2021.

Yes - since I updated to Photoshop 2021 a couple of days ago - I can not quit Photoshop without Force Quit. Any answers or suggestions?
