cannot open PS and it has disappeared from my PC

Cannot open PS and now do not have it on my PS, when trying to troublshoot and redownload I get a errror message. I then next went through all the troubleshooting prompts, nothing. I have a montly pay plan and still have everything else ( lightroom, PR, etc ) on my PC. I need this fixed, i have clients waiting.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling he CC App.
