cannot save image after using sky replacement tool

Photoshop returns a "cannot save file due to program error" after using the sky replacement tool.  Cannot save to any file format.  Switching off the sky replacement layers allows file to be saved.  switching them on prevents file being saved.  Seems to be a bug in the sky replacement tool. Has anyone experienced the same problem?  Any solutions out there?

Thanks

there's a problem with some layers, you can switch visibility of for that layer of and then you can save.

downgrade to 22.0.1. for further working and wait for a solution for this bug....
