Cannot use any function in photoshop

Hi I downloaded adobe photoshop 2021.

But after downloading photoshop, I haven't changed any settings, but I can't use any functions.

Like this, I cannot open any file and create anything.

When I click 'creating new' and open jpg file on my computer, this always pops up. It means 'The request could not be completed due to a program error.' I can't use anything.

I think it's not file problem. The files that I suppose to open are just jpg file. I entered the camera raw and changed it to all jpg allowed, but nothing opened even though I reinstalled it. Please help me solve this problem.

I have that same problem too. There are a few people with the same issue . :s
Hopefully they will fix it asap!

This is a known error in the new version.
