Canon Color Profiles Not Working for R5 After Updating With Camera Raw 12.4

I just downloaded and installed thelatest (August 2020) updates to LR and PS.  LR and Camera Raw do open my R5 CR3 files.  However, I am not able to get the Canon Standard or other profiles to work in the develop module.  In fact, they are greyed out and not available.  The Adobe color profiles may be applied.  I would really like to use the Canon profiles.  Any advice?

This is because there is no "Camera matching profile" available for that camera:

Hi Jane.

In this case the DNG converter will not help. The current ACR version will open the files, it is just the Camera matching profiles that have not been added.
