Cant access what I have paid for!

Despite paying for adobe photoshop for my Mac, they have taken the money out of my account but i have downloaded creative cloud and the photoshop app and still do not have any option but a 7 day free trial and then im going to get charged AGAIN after that 7 days. This is absolutely cant be right! I feel like they have stolen my money and no help or information about how to access what i have paid for.
