Cant export GIFs because of write permissions error

There seems to be a bug that is stopping me from exporting a simple 4 frame GIF in the latest version of Ps CC. Any ideas or solutions?

Does this happen when you're saving to any location on your computer, or just one? 
Can you save another format using the Save for Web dialog box?

Knowing this will help us to know if the problem is at the computer system level, or the dialog level.

It happens when I try to export the GIF to any location, Save for Web doesnt work either.
