Cant fint old versions

New Photoshop-version requires Win 10, but I have 8. And using the Adobe-side's description ("find the three dots and click 'Other Versions'"), does not work. The dots doesn't show. What to do? Is there another way of downloading the old Photoshop-versions compatibel with Win 8?

You really need to upgrade to Windows 10. Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 8.

Well, Win 10 kinda costs a lot of money... So it would be great if I could use Photoshop, which I also use a lot of money on, without paying Microsoft extra aswell.

Old  Perpetual version are no longer marketed.  If you have a subscription Old CC version can be downloaded from prodesigntools.com   If you have your  old perpetual serials the old Perpetual versions can also be downloaded form there  however. CS, CS2 and CS3 will not activate with your serials  Adobe has retired their Activation servers for CS CS2 and CS3.  CS, CS2, and CS3 also do not run well on modern machine they do not have code that can take advantage of all you machines resources.  They are very old 32bit Photoshop version.
