Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot use Photoshop on Mac 10.15.3 as you're getting an error "Dynamic Link media server is not available".

Which version of Photoshop are you using? In Photoshop, you can check that by going to Help > System Info.

Would you mind checking out this similar discussion https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/ps-cc-2018-could-not-complete-xxxx-command-be... and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash

Hi, this is the system info display . ps i already try this solutions :

-preferences->performance->turn off use graphics processor
-restart computer
-restart photoshop

-unistall and re install ps

-restart preferences
-i have quicktime and it works
-the video file opens in other apps, but this doesn't matter since the error comes up before selecting a file
-am using an admin account on the computer. no extra security or access blocking features

this is the system info :

Yep, I'm up to date and still can't bring a video into photoshop to export as gif.

Error says Could not open "filename.mov" because the DynamicLink Media Server is not available.

Same issue.  Also tried EVERYTHING recommended without anything working.  My deadline is in 2 hours and everything broke after Photoshop auto updated last night.  Sooooooo thank you Adobe.

I finally solved this.  It took a full Adobe Suite uninstall with a specialist who could find all of the hidden files the uninstaller can't find.  I tried everything else first, and nothing helped.  I spent hours with Adobe support and they weren't helpful.  But a super clean FULL Adobe Suite uninstall and fresh re-install did it.  There go my plugins, presets and automations, but such is life sometimes.  I am still quite upset, but at least my videos load now.
