Cant sign in or uninstall creative cloud! - Adobe Community - 11752243

New Here ,

When I open photoshop I get a message "We cant verify your subscription status" and I cant get past it.
When I try to uninstall photoshop to start afresh it takes me to creative cloud desktop app.
This says I have been signed out but when I click sign in this error message just refreshes and I cant get past it.
I then try to uninstall creative cloud app to start again but it says it cannot do this whilst I have photoshop downloaded.
Its a catch 22, what do I do??? I am a mac user 10.13.6
