CC 2019 and cc2020 "Could not initializae ps disk error

Hi,  I use CC 2019 and it gives me the "could not initialize photoshop because of a disk error" so far everything has worked fine. 

I have a lot of space on my computer for the program. I deleted everything from the plugin folder and it still doesn't work:( cc 2020 same problem.

Does anyone know a solution
