Change Language en interface Adobe Photoshop

Hello every body. I can't  change language (russian -> english ) in interface Adobe Photoshop: 22.1.1 2021 "Photoshop -> Настройки-> Интерфейс (Interface) ->Язык интерфейса (Language interface) 
becourse en scrol I have only Russin =( 

Can you help me, please ?

Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot change language in Photoshop v22.1.1 from the app preferences.

You'd need to install Photoshop in Russian in order to change the language.
