I have two files open in fullscreen mode. I switch between them using the Cmd + `shortcut. After switching to the second file, the visible workspace is clipped. I have to use the F key 3 times to switch screen mode to get the working area back to normal.

btw. Do I only have the impression that this program is getting worse with each version?Screenshot-2020-08-13-at-11.17.14.jpg

It does look like something is covering the right side of the image area even the guide lines.  Is your GPU being detected? Do you have Legacy  Compositing checked in your Photoshop 21.2.1 Mac preferences.
