Clone Tool Overlay not appearing

Hi, I have followed all guides online, When i go to use the clone tool, the overlay/preview doesnt show anything so I cannot line up edges of graphics or images correctly without attemptimg 20 times before i get it right.

See below clone source settings, but still doesnt show overlay preview.
