Cloud Version of Photoshop

Is there a "cloud" version of Photoshop, like Lightroom vs Lightroom Classic?

No, Photoshop CC is one application*. You can choose to use online storage should you wish to, and also the new PDSC format. But whether you choose that or not, the application is the same.

* Photoshop on the iPad is of course a separate application within the plan
