I have purchased PS for my surface pro 7 running windows 10.
I am able to see the guides when I drag from ruler. Lines do appear as im dragging but once I let go at my destination they disappear. Please advise

If you are using Photoshop 2021 is it detecting and using your surface pro 7 GPU? Try turning off Use GPU in you preferences.
